I have loved animals for as long as I can remember and knew from a young age that my life would be dedicated to them. My passion led me to begin working with animals at just 15 while continuing my studies, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of species and environments.

Although my background includes work with zoo and exotic animals, I have spent much of my career working closely with birds, particularly parrots and birds of prey. I am fascinated by how intelligent and expressive they are once you understand their behaviour. Seeing trust and communication develop between a bird and its keeper is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

While birds remain a personal favourite, I have a deep respect for all animals, from the smallest species to large predators. I have a particular soft spot for misunderstood or strong-willed individuals, especially birds that require patience, structure, and clear communication to thrive.

For me, training goes far beyond teaching behaviours. It is about understanding behaviour, husbandry, enrichment, and welfare needs. Every bird deserves the chance to thrive, and my aim is always to help owners and keepers build calmer, more confident relationships based on trust, clarity, and consistency.

Our mission is to strengthen the bond between birds and their keepers through kind, reward-based training. We focus on compassion, communication, and understanding, helping every bird feel safe, confident, and respected. By combining science, experience, and practical handling skills across parrots and birds of prey, we aim to improve welfare and make life better for both birds and the people who care for them.
